Chapter 17. Managing Your Web Sites

Once you're ready to put a page—or an entire site—up on the Web for the whole world to see, you can stay within Dreamweaver's comfortable workspace. In this chapter we explore the Files panel (Figure 17.1), a full-fledged, handy-dandy FTP client—a built-in tool for uploading files to the Web. You can also use Dreamweaver to download files. You'll also learn about other site management tools in this chapter. For example, the site map constructs a picture of the relationships between the documents in your site (Figure 17.2).
