Checkboxes

Checkboxes, which often appear in groups, allow users to make one or more selections from a set of options.

To create a checkbox

1.
Click to place the insertion point within the form in the Document window.

2.
From the menu bar, select Insert > Form > Check Box.

or

On the Forms category of the Insert bar, click on the Checkbox button , or drag the button to the form in the Document window.

The checkbox will appear .

3.
Repeat Step 2 for each checkbox.
