Adjusting Table Spacing

When you're using a table as a page layout tool, it's important to be able to control the space between elements in a table. We've already talked about table borders, which in part control the space between the table and the rest of the page.

Cell spacing is the amount of space between cells—sort of like table borders, but between the cells in a table rather than around the outside of the table. Cell padding is the amount of space between the walls of the cells and the content within them.
