Chapter 8. Fonts and Characters

Text comes in all shapes, sizes, and colors—or at least it can on Web pages (Figure 8.1). In this chapter, we'll go over the most basic ways of working with text, including cutting and pasting. Then, we'll find out how to accomplish rudimentary typographical changes: font size, font face, and font color. We'll also look at various text styles, from bold and italic to code fonts.
