Chapter 18. Customizing Dreamweaver > Customizing Dialog Boxes

Customizing Dialog Boxes

You can customize the appearance of dialog boxes in Dreamweaver, too. These include the dialog boxes you use to insert objects and modify behaviors, as well as other commands. You can rearrange menu items, change the size of text boxes, relabel form fields, and remove unused items.

Why edit a dialog box if you can't change its functionality? You can change default settings; you may want to remove text boxes you never use, or leave notes for yourself; or you can translate the dialog box into a different language.
