Lesson 3. Dynamic Learning Interactions > Creating the First Branch Using Stand...

Creating the First Branch Using Standard Hyperlinks

This lesson will walk you through a small gallery of branching mechanisms. Generally, in branching applications, you should not use a different method for branching at every opportunity—that undermines consistency and ease of use. This lesson's goal is different from that of a real-world learning site, however, in that it was developed to teach you several approaches to branching, and it bends the rules somewhat to maximize your learning experience.

The first kind of branching you will use is standard hyperlinks. Later, you will spruce up these hyperlinks by creating a rollover effect using CSS.
