Working with Reports

Sitespring provides many organizational views into a Web team's tasks. The My Tasks module on your home page lists tasks currently assigned to you, and the Tasks module on a Project page lists project-related tasks. Additionally, you can create custom reports that list sets of tasks according to parameters you determine. These reports resemble the Tasks modules, except you choose what types of tasks get listed.

By selecting the appropriate criteria, you can generate a report that lists all high-priority tasks for the entire team or all overdue tasks for a particular project. When you create a report, you specify search parameters about the tasks that include the project, to whom the tasks are assigned, due date, status, and priority. Once you create a report, you can save it, then view it from your My Reports module.
