Chapter 18. Automating Dreamweaver > Repeating and Undoing Actions

Repeating and Undoing Actions

The History panel can repeat or undo single or multiple actions. Of course, you can undo and redo steps (singly or sequentially) in the Document window using keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl+Z (Command+Z) to Undo, Ctrl+Y (Command+Y) to Redo. These are also menu commands: Edit > Undo and Edit > Repeat. Dreamweaver saves the last 50 actions you perform, however, and gives you some leeway about when you can repeat them. The History panel is a visual representation of Dreamweaver's memory of your actions.

Let's look at an example.
