Creating a section of a form

To get you started with the design of the membership application form, we've already created several sections of the form for you. You'll create the section of the form that visitors will use to enter their personal information. To do this, you'll use a new page. Later in this lesson, you'll add the contents of the page to the existing form.

1.
Start Adobe GoLive. A new document named Untitled.html opens.

If you didn't start Adobe GoLive for the first time, a new document named Untitled.html may not be open on your desktop. If necessary, choose File > New to create a new page.

2.
Choose File > Save As, rename the page Name_form.html, and save it in the Forms folder. The path to the folder is Lesson10/10Start/Forms Folder/Forms.

Select the page title, "Welcome to Adobe GoLive 5."

4.
Type Personal Information as the new title, and press Enter of Return.
