Chapter 7. Working with Tables > Using Table Styles

Using Table Styles

Just as many applications include templates that allow you to quickly add a unique look to a word processing document or spreadsheet, GoLive provides a selection of pre-defined table styles that come complete with color, borders, and other attributes.

To use a table style:

1.
Add a new table to a document.

Choose Window > Table to open the Table palette. You can also reach it by clicking the Table tab in the palette in the group that also includes the Floating Boxes and Actions tabs (Figure 7.27).

Click the Style tab.

From the Style popup menu (Figure 7.28), choose a table style. I chose Seventies.

Click the Apply button. The table changes to reflect the new style (Figure 7.29).
