Lesson 18. Navigating with Lingo

Lesson 18. Navigating with Lingo

One of the most common uses for Lingo is to navigate within a movie's score. Lingo's navigational tools include the go command and markers. In this lesson, you will use all of these tools to branch to different sections of the score in response to user input.

Figure . This menu for a Fine Dining application prototype provides access to three other panels: a Restaurants panel, which lets users search for specific restaurants; a Locations panel, which lets users search for restaurants based on their location; and an Order panel, which lets users place orders over the Internet. In this lesson, you will provide users with a way to navigate to and from those three panels and to quit the application. Graphics for the Fine Dining project were designed by Ming Lau, Bluewaters.
