Chapter 23. DRUGS AND MEDICAL INFORMATION

The Internet is not a boon for a hypochondriac. A quick Google search might convince you that you've got everything from athlete's nose to toe termites. But if you're struggling with a real condition, the Internet has a tremendous amount to offer. Not just medical reference information but also news and a huge supportive community of people who may be in (or who are supporting loved ones who are in) the same situation as you.

I've discovered that when I have medical issues to research, the research usually evolves into two broad paths, either searching for information on general medical conditions or searching for information on specific drugs. The drug search is usually a little easier, as there are some very good general resources available for that. But before I get into either one, a quick warning.
