Page Pitfalls One thing you have to watch out for in document.write() (and, indeed, in most JavaScript statements) is when you use quotation marks within quotation marks. In the previous example, I had to use <FONT FACE='Arial'> instead of <FONT FACE="Arial"> because document.write() already has its own double quotation marks ("), and it would seriously confuse things to use <FONT FACE="Arial">.
