Managing Your Personal Information

Often, the most important type of information for a knowledge worker to have on the road is an address book or calendar. This, along with a task list, is normally stored in a personal information manager such as Outlook.

If you are using a notebook computer while you’re away from the office, you need to have your Outlook information available. Although Outlook has no built-in tool to synchronize two Outlook data files, there are several approaches to using Outlook on two different computers that you can utilize.
