Coordinating Work

Although many people use Microsoft Outlook for maintaining a personal task list, you can also use Outlook tasks for coordinating the work of a team. The secret is the Assign Task feature. When you assign a task, you send it to another Outlook user in a way that parallels sending a meeting request. You can then keep track of the task by seeing when the other person has completed it.
