Using Advanced Search

Yahoo offers a second search form on what it calls the Search Options page (Figure 10.13). This form gives you three “advanced search” capabilities not available on the Yahoo home page:

• You can limit your search of the Yahoo directory to categories or Web sites added within a specified time frame ranging from one day to four years.
  
  
• You can change the number of matches that are displayed on each page of your search results following the initial summary page.
  
  
• You can specify that you want to search Usenet newsgroup postings rather than the Yahoo directory.
