A1: In Photoshop Elements choose the command File > Send to Premiere Elements. All files located in your Organizer window will be sent to Premiere Elements at the end of your timeline. You can select individual images by Ctrl-clicking them. Photoshop Elements will send only the selected images to Premiere Elements.
A2: You can transfer images from Photoshop Elements to Premiere Elements by dragging the desired files from the Organizer window of Photoshop Elements into the Media window of Premiere Elements. The two windows must be visible on your screen for you to do this. You can also transfer images by selecting them in Photoshop Elements, choosing Edit > Copy, switching to Premiere Elements, and then choosing Edit > Paste.
A3: The command File > New > Photoshop File will create a blank Photoshop file with dimensions of 720 pixels wide and 480 pixels high. The file is automatically optimized for use in Premiere Elements. This will allow you to use the various image editing tools in Photoshop Elements to modify or create images for use in your video project.
