Creating Cross-Fades with Audio Transitions

A cross-fade occurs when one audio clip fades out (grows silent) while another audio clip fades in (becomes audible). In Premiere Pro, you can fade up, fade out, and cross-fade audio using an audio transition. Although transitions were covered in Chapter 9, “Adding Transitions,” it's useful to review them in the context of audio.
