Viewing a Sequence via a DV Device

As long as real-time rendering isn’t burdened by effects, the image in the Monitor window plays at highest quality. But even at highest quality, it’s still inferior to the video output on a television.

When you’re editing DV, you can output the video signal through your DV camera or deck and to a television monitor. This way, you can see (and evaluate) the video as your audience will see it.
