Adding, Deleting, and Renaming Tracks

By default, the timeline initially contains two video tracks and two audio tracks. For most projects, this is the perfect number of tracks: a video tracks for the main content and one for superimposed titles and other images; audio tracks for dialog and soundtrack. However, Premiere Elements permits you to have as many as 99 video and 99 audio tracks in the timeline. What’s more, you can name all those tracks, so it’s much easier to discern the sound-effects track from the music and dialog tracks, for example. Conversely, you can empty tracks you’re not using.
