Using Preset Effects

Adobe has supplied a number of presets to get you started. Many of the most common tasks, such as creating a Picture-in-Picture (PIP) effect or using different effects to transition in to and out of a clip, are already available in the Presets folder (Figures 10.28 and 10.29).

Figure 10.28. Premiere Elements comes with a number of preset effects, contained in the Presets folder of the Effects palette.
