Saving Single Frames of a Composition

Frequently, you'll want to render just a single frame of a composition. For example, when an animation halts its motion, substituting a single still image for multiple static layers can lighten the rendering load. Or you may need a still for a storyboard or client review. After Effects allows you to save a single frame using the default frame settings or as a layered Photoshop file.
