Chapter 9. Mask Essentials > Moving and Deleting Control Points

Moving and Deleting Control Points

You can move any combination of a mask's control points by using the mouse or by nudging them with the arrow keys. Just as when you nudge an entire layer, the precision of the arrow keys depends on the window's current magnification setting. For example, the arrow key nudges the selected points 1 pixel when the magnification is set to 100 percent; 2 pixels when set to 50 percent; and .5 pixels when set to 200 percent. (See Chapter 7, “Properties and Keyframes,” for more about nudging and subpixel positioning.) You can also remove selected keyframes.
