Setting Options for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean Text

Because they share certain typographic characteristics, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean fonts are referred to collectively as CJK fonts. They're also known as double-byte fonts, because two bytes of information are required to represent each character instead of the typical one byte.
