Using Motion Effects

You can make speed change, reverse motion, strobe motion, and fit-to-fill effects using the Motion Effect dialog box (Figure 9.31). Freeze frames are unique because you create them via the Clip menu (See “Creating Freeze Frames” later in this chapter). When you apply a motion effect to a source clip, the result is an entirely new clip that you can use anytime or anywhere in your sequence.
