Video Encoding

To convert a digital video stream into a genuine MPEG-2 file, you'll need to use a specialized tool called an encoder. A video encoder performs intensive analysis and number crunching, resulting in an efficient, great-looking MPEG-2 video stream. More advanced encoders feature color correction and various filtering techniques to improve poorly shot video.
