Using Vector Paint

The new Vector Paint effect lets you paint strokes on frames of a layer directly in the Composition window. Using either your mouse or tablet and stylus, you can record strokes in real time, change their characteristics, and play them back in a number of ways. Because strokes are vector based, you can scale them without adversely affecting resolution. And like all effects, Vector Paint is nondestructive, which means that it doesn't alter your source files.

With Vector Paint, you can simulate handwriting or create hand-drawn graphics. You can use its Onion-Skin feature to aid in the creation on frame-by-frame animations, or you can use strokes to create a track matte (or touch up an existing one). And you can enable a Wiggle property to cause strokes to vibrate slightly or flail about wildly.
