Using 3D Orientation and Rotation

Making a layer three-dimensional adds a Z-axis dimension not only to its Position property but also to its Rotation property. However, the properties that control the way a layer rotates along its axes actually fall into two categories: Orientation and Rotation (Figure 14.14). The property you choose to adjust will depend on the task at hand.
