Chapter 14. 3D Layers > Using the Point of Interest

Using the Point of Interest

Point of Interest is a transform property unique to cameras and lights. Simply put, the Point of Interest property defines the point in space at which the camera or light is pointed. By default, a new camera or light's Point of Interest is at the center of the composition (at the coordinates (0,0,0) in terms of the world axes). In the Composition window, the Point of Interest appears as a crosshair at the end of a line extending from a camera or light (Figure 14.62).
