Chapter 14. Motion Settings > Saving and Loading Motion Settings

Saving and Loading Motion Settings

If you're particularly fond of a motion setting (or if you've worked particularly hard to create it), you can save it as a separate motion settings file. Later, you can instantly apply your motion settings to a clip in any project.

Premiere also ships with several preset motion-settings files, which are located in the Motion Settings folder inside the Premiere folder. These settings not only provide preset effects but also serve as useful examples for you to examine or modify. Don't forget that you can also use saved motion settings with the motion transition (see Chapter 8).
