Chapter 12. Creating Titles > Selecting Objects

Selecting Objects

Although selecting and moving objects in Premiere is both intuitive and consistent with the methods you use in most graphics programs, a few techniques may not be so obvious.

To select objects:

Do any of the following:

  • Click an object to select it.

  • -click to select additional objects and to deselect them.

  • Choose Edit > Select All to select all the objects in the title window.

  • Press period ( ) to select the next object higher in the stacking order.

  • Press comma ( ) to select the next object lower in the stacking order.

Selected objects always display small gray handles or a bounding box. (Figure 12.99).
