Who does what on this team?

According to CCL’s research and its work with hundreds of teams, confusion about individual roles and responsibilities is one of the prime factors that can lead to a team’s performing below expectations, or worse, failing altogether. For teams to function effectively, each team member must agree to individual roles and responsibilities, and each team member needs to have a clear understanding of what is expected from other team members.
