6. Project Wrap-Up

How often have you found yourself reinventing the wheel? To prevent that from happening to others, you need to document and present what your team did, right and wrong. Yes, this takes time and effort. But it’s worth it so others can go forward without wandering around in a wilderness that’s already been mapped.

Your first wrap-up task is to develop a final report that documents the team’s course of action and accomplishments. Compare what you planned with what you did, and objectively evaluate how the team fared. Your report should describe your entire project from beginning to end. Place a checkmark ( ) in each box as you complete and include the item.
