As your team begins to solve problems or improve work processes, you’ll probably want to change some procedures. You know that change is hard on some people. That’s why an essential part of teamwork is to work closely with people outside the team, relay feedback, and sell them on your proposals.

Stakeholders:

Anyone outside the team who will be affected by the team's work, including internal and external customers and suppliers, co-workers who may appear later in the process, managers who depend on your work output or have veto power, and anyone else whose help you will need or is affected by what you do.
