Are You an Active Communicator?

To gain a better understanding of your team’s strengths and challenges, as well as your own, place a check ( ) in each column for each statement that applies. Post one large flip chart, or one document to be circulated electronically, and ask team members to mark statements, as well. The composite picture will show you where the team sees itself. (This exercise can be done anonymously, if needed.)
