Trust Builders

SHARING (important information, personal events, and prior experiences)

VULNERABILITY (willingness to have both strengths and weaknesses known by others)

LOYALTY (commitment to the goals of the team and its mission)

ACCEPTING OTHERS (differences and unique characteristics even when they are different from your own)

INVOLVING OTHERS (asking others for their ideas, input, and feedback)

VALUING (willingness to exchange ideas and ideals with others)

AWARENESS (sensitivity to the needs and perceptions of others)

COMMUNICATING (expressing oneself clearly, both orally and in writing)

OPENNESS (willingness to explore new experiences)

HONESTY (telling the truth, avoiding deceit)
