Working Communities

In this model, working communities generally include people who contribute to an overarching goal such as fund-raising, or political campaigning, yet do not depend upon each other much for work accomplishments on a regular basis. These people are often loosely affiliated with one another and may collaborate with shared databases, group emails, and occasional large group forums. Sometimes individuals are called together to work in a team when in reality they are working alone, with each member developing different projects or different customers.
