Chapter 3. To Team or not to Team? > Cost/Benefit Analysis

Cost/Benefit Analysis

Is the cost worth the potential benefit of starting a team? Ask yourself if you have time for the necessary meetings, training, planning, supporting, coaching and troubleshooting. If you can invest in team-building now, plan big and hope for huge rewards later. If you need quick results with untrained people, scale back your expectations.
