How to Negotiate Differences

Even if your team’s ground rules reflect good dialogue and positive feedback, they still may run into issues that divide them. What do you do about such impasses? Negotiate. Negotiation means exchanging views to reach agreement. Teamwork demands a win-win from every disagreement, where both sides were fair to each other and walk away satisfied that each gained something.
