Few three-month project teams ever reach high performance and total self-sufficiency. Members can’t spend six weeks getting ready. Neither do you want them to storm for weeks, throw away most of their resources and then slap together a last-minute proposal that no one wants to implement anyway. That’s not the idea of RTD, but their project can still benefit from cooperation, collaboration and synergy.
