By this point in our PS/DM Outline, you have identified quite a few causes. If you’ve documented Steps 16 and 21 for your Team Case Problem thoroughly, you can review the facts, symptoms, proposed labels and key word definitions, searching for contributing forces. Transfer the causes you’ve already identified to the following worksheet. This can be a major time saver, but requires the ability to tell causes from effects. If you can’t distinguish between cause and effect, you’ll end up transferring too many items.
