Don: Hey, Nancy, what are you doing here? I thought this was my day to work in our office.

Nancy: Don’t worry—it is. I just stopped in to pick up some papers for a presentation that I’m giving today.

Don: Did you see the memo from Mr. Richter this morning?

Nancy: No, what did it say?

Don: It said that we should start reserving the office space three weeks in advance instead of two. It seems they’re having some problems with the four of us wanting to work in the office at the same time.

Nancy: Oh, I am so glad they’re going to change the way that we reserve this office. I have noticed so much confusion about when one of us is suppose to be in here. I sure hope by scheduling our time earlier it will eliminate these problems.
