Clear communications

Before you deliver a message to the project team you should be sure that you can communicate the message clearly. The following are some guidelines for communicating clearly:

Determine objectives

Before you begin communicating your message, know what it is you want to achieve. Are you dispensing information? Are you offering a suggestion? If you’re unclear about the objective of your information, you risk expressing yourself ineffectively.
