Communication issues outside team meetings

Project teams can also face communication issues outside team meetings. Misperceptions and biases are the two most common communication issues that might affect a project team when not in meetings. Team members often need to work together on tasks outside of the team meetings. If one brings biases or allows misperceptions to cloud their judgment, the task might not be completed properly or on schedule.
