Chapter 8. Individual responsibilities > Individual performance self-evaluation

Individual performance self-evaluation

Explanation

Throughout the life of the project, it is beneficial for team members to self-evaluate their performance on the team. You can provide team members with a self-evaluation form or have the team make their own by brainstorming characteristics of a successful project team member. Once team members have compiled a list of these characteristics, they should individually judge their own performance on the team. You can use the results to help you plan future tasks and meetings.
