Benjamin: Since Mr. Dawson will be at the head of the table, let’s move the chairs a little bit farther back. I assume he’ll stand during his presentation, and by moving the rest of the chairs back a bit, it’ll balance things out just a bit better.

Laurie: That’s a good idea. If the rest of the group members are sitting closer together, they might not be as intimidated and will be more willing to ask questions.
