Part III: Creating a project team > Individual responsibilities

Chapter 8. Individual responsibilities

Explanation

Project teams are made up of many individual personalities and characteristics. Project team members need to be aware of how their personal and on-the-job activities affect the project team. Employees are expected to complete their assignments within certain standards and within a certain time frame. If an employee doesn’t complete his or her regular assignments, chances are good that any efforts on the project team will also fall short. If his or her attitude toward regular assignments is confident and eager, he or she will probably approach project teamwork with the same positive attitude.
