Total agreement

In an ideal situation, a project team will achieve total agreement when making a decision. When a team is able to achieve total agreement, team members are more likely to be committed to the decision and generally put more effort into the implementation of the decision than when a team is unable to achieve total agreement.

However, it is sometimes unrealistic to obtain total agreement due to personal agendas or concerns. If all team members feel that an adequate amount of time has been provided to address all conflicts, the team should go ahead with its decision.
