1: In the following scene, Jennifer (employee), Sarah (employee), Matt (employee), and Brian (employee) are in a conference room. Matt is clearly dominating the meeting. The other team members are looking at him in disgust and frustration.

Matt: (Emphatically speaking to the team and gesturing with his hands) Look, I really think we should go with my idea. It’s clearly the best idea we’ve come up with and I think we’d be making a big mistake if we don’t go with it.

Sarah: (Trying to reason) Well, why don’t we take a vote on it?

Matt: (Shaking his head, disapproving) Why? What’s the point? I think we all agree that this is the best avenue to pursue. What’s to vote on? Let’s just get to work.

How would you describe Matt’s behavior?

Would you like to be a part of a team consisting of people like Matt? Why?
