Part VII: Making a decision > Team decisions

Chapter 26. Team decisions

Explanation

Team decision-making is comprised of two elements, content and process. Content means the issue at hand, including the ideas, arguments, and proposals that are presented, as well as decisions that are made. The actions the team plans to implement are also part of the content. Process means the way team members work together. It includes how members interact with each other and what method is used to make decisions.
